PLACING AN ORDER
Price conversation from Japan Yen (JPY) to Philippine Peso (PHP) is fixed at 0.75 for the reason that bank account transfer fees and item storage fees are already taken into account. However, please take note that this does NOT yet include service fees, international shipping fees, and local shipping fees.

1. ORDER FORM
Only accomplish the order form if you are 100% sure of your order.After receiving your order form, you will be sent an order confirmation through the email you have provided.
2. SECURING
NO DOWNPAYMENT, NO SECURING OF ITEMSIn case you have changed your mind and decided to cancel your order, with or without paying your downpayment, you will automatically be a BOGUS BUYER.After receiving your downpayment, your item will be purchased within 24-48 hours.STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION AFTER PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE. If you decide to cancel your order, no refunds will be given to you.
PAYMENTS
1ST PAYMENT: Downpayment
First payment details are found in your order confirmation.To successfully purchase and secure your item, you are to settle 50% of its worth.
In case that 50% of your item's worth is above 1,000 PHP, you will be asked to settle a 75% downpayment instead.
If the total base price of your item is above 3,000 PHP, you will be asked to PAY IN FULL.

(a.) 500 JPY x 0.75 = 375 PHP
375 PHP x 50% = 187 PHP DP
(b.) 2,800 JPY x 0.75 = 2,100 PHP
2,100 PHP x 50% = 1,050 PHP since 50% is above 1,000 PHP, a 75% downpayment is required
2,100 PHP x 75% = 1,575 PHP DP
(c.) 5,000 JPY x 0.75 = 3,750 PHP since the price is above 3,000 PHP, a full payment must be made
In case that your item got sold out, your downpayment will be refunded within 24 to 48 hours.
2ND PAYMENT: Remaining
Once your item arrives at the JP warehouse, you will be given three (3) days to settle your remaining balance.Failure to settle your payment will result in the cancellation of your order.
3RD PAYMENT: Fees
Once all items arrive at my PH address, you will receive a 3rd payment notification to which you are to settle your fees for the following: Service fee, International Shipping Fee, and Local Shipping FeeYou will be given five (5) days to settle everything.

No, it is not. There are only certain weeks or months where I'll open a pasabuy.

3. How will I know if my items have arrived at your JP warehouse?
The status of your item/s will be updated under the email line of your order confirmation. Pictures will also be uploaded under #JHBasketUpdates in my Twitter account.
4. How long does it take before you have the Japan box shipped to the Philippines?
It will be shipped once all items under the specific batch arrive at my Japan warehouse.
5. How much are your service fees?
40 PHP for items weighted at 100g and below. Plus 10 PHP for the succeeding 100g.
6. Can you summarize all the fees you collect for your Mercari Pasabuy?
1. JPY to PHP conversion rate is 0.75 which already includes bank transfer fees and Japan storage fees

7. Why are your international shipping fees priced like the way it is?
This is because shipment from Japan to the Philippines will be done with Japan Post Airmail, a service considered with a FAST ETA. Rates are much more expensive for Fast ETA. Additionally, Japan Post is VERY STRICT with size and weight, thus the price.
8. Can you secure my item without me giving a downpayment first? I promise to pay for it when I can!
No, I can't. This is to make sure that you are not a bogus buyer.
9. Can I COD my Mercari Pasabuy orders?
No, you can't. As stated, you are required to pay a downpayment for me to secure your items.
10. What are the possible reasons that you are unable to purchase and secure my items?
Most of the time, there could be an instance where the seller sold it to a different person before I get to purchase it. Other than that, it could either be the seller refuses to sell it to me or the seller is not reachable anymore.
11. What is the JP seller is a scam? Will I be given a refund?
In case that the JP seller is a scammer, there is NO GUARANTEE that we will be able to get the money back. Therefore, @JHanBasket will not be issuing a refund unless my JP warehouse retrieves the money. Nonetheless, we will be doing a proper screening before purchasing your item to make sure that the seller is legit.
12. Can I combine the local shipment of my orders from Mercari pasabuy and other #JHBasketSales?
Yes, as long as you have paid the international shipping fee of your Mercari pasabuy.
